Madawaska Volleyball & All-Sport Camp

Staff Introduction.

The most important prerequisite for a staff position at Madawaska Camps is a passion for sports and a devotion to giving the positive energy needed to provide a wonderful week for our campers.

Our All-Sport camp requires counsellors and sport specialists who will add enthusiasm to our structured program of a variety of land and water –based sports to our campers. Counsellors should be at least 18 and possess great communication and organization skills.

The volleyball camp coach must be 19 years of age and possess a strong knowledge of the game with years of playing experience.

Volleyball Camp and the CIT Program:

We implemented the CIT (Coach In Training) program a few years ago to our volleyball camp targeting older campers who demonstrated a love for camp and understand our expectations of providing not only the best volleyball instruction possible but the best overall residential camp experience. Since then our CIT has grown three-fold and has complimented our coaching staff wonderfully.

CIT’s should be 18 years of age with a sound knowledge of the game and plenty of energy.
