HEALTH HISTORY FORM
All campers should have submitted their health card number with their application. Each athlete must have a completed health history form returned to our office before starting camp. Please include any and all physical, emotional and psychological information about your child that will help us to ensure the most successful overnight camping experience for your son or daugher.
MEDICAL
The camp provides a medical staff knowledgeable in athletic injuries. Medication will be stored with the medical staff and no medication should be left in the cabins. Please do not bring any over the counter allergy or pain reliever medication. The camp's Medical office is fully equipped with such medications.
FITNESS
All campers will go through a specifically prepared fitness test during the camp. The fitness test will take place during the week. You can prepare for your fitness test by following our 26 day pre-training fitness program.
