At Madawaska Volleyball Camp this year, the coaches' socials raised enough money to sponsor two children at the Village of Hope in Zimbabwe, Africa. This support will provide Michelle Kahungwa and Brighton Muchenga with education, clothes, nutritious food, shelter and medical attention through the services provide at the Village of Hope in Harare. Because of this initiative, Michelle and Brighton will be given a new lease on life and they will be given the opportunity to achieve something special Zimbabwe. Although our camp's main goal is to provide a first class volleyball and camping experience for our athletes, the willingness of our staff to support this humanitarian effort is something of which we are very proud. Please check out the pictures and profiles for our children who are now part of our Madawaska family.

The Village of Hope exists to provide "Hope...For Their Future' - a place of safety for orphans and for impoverished children, in response to the overwhelming AIDS statistics in the southern Afica region.
