Transportation
It is your responsibility to arrange transportation to and from camp. Please fill out the transportation form and return it to the camp office. For those arriving by public transportation, a camp vehicle will pick up at the Combermere or Bancroft bus terminals.

Plan your transportation to arrive on the first day of your session only. Accommodation will not be available prior to this day.

Bus transportation will be available from major centres in Ontario. Locations and transportation fees will be indicated on the form.

The buses will be air-conditioned. Peanut-free lunches should be taken on board. These prices include G.S.T., and are non refundable. Full payment for transportation must accompany the bus transportation application.

Registration
Fill out the application form and post it to the camp office, together with a $200 deposit. No verbal registrations or applications without the required deposit will be accepted. Register early to avoid disappointment. The deposit can be mailed to the camp office by means of cheque or you can contact the camp office to make payment with a VISA or MasterCard.

Facilities
Outstanding facilities in the Madawaska Valley near Bancroft include a variety of sporting fields and courts with a beautiful waterfront on a private lake. Madawaska Camp is held at Camp Walden, recognized as one of the finest private camps in Canada.

Accommodation
Attractive cabins of rustic design ­ clean and roomy with shower facilities. Camp facilities are approved by the Ontario Camping Association.

Meals
Three full meals and an evening snack, all of excellent quality, are prepared by experienced chefs. Special diets will be accommodated upon request.

Tuck Shop
A tuck shop is available at the camp for purchase of various items (i.e. candy, etc.). Camp t-shirts, sweats, and other clothing will also be available at competitive prices.

Health Service
A fully equipped health center is on premises, with qualified trainers and therapists. A certified athletic therapist is on staff and a hospital is nearby.

Camp Check-in
Volleyball
Check-in for athletes will be on the first day of your session, from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. The camp will end on Saturday, at 11:00 am. All athletes are expected to stay until this time, unless special arrangements are made. Campers being picked up from camp should be picked up between 11:00am and noon..

All-Sport

Fees:

• One week all-sport, $200 deposit, balance of $500 due July 1st for a total of $700.00
• One week volleyball, $200 deposit, balance of $500 due July 1st for a total of $700.00
• Two week camper, $400 deposit, balance of $700 due July 1st for a total of $1,100.00

The Madawaska Experience Discount :
Register for both Madawaska Volleyball and All-Sport Camps and save $300!
** Discount applicable to one camper attending both weeks, not for two family members attending one week each.

Balance of Fees
The balance of your camp fee is due by July 1. Please mail your cheque or money order to the Whitby office. Please do not send cash by mail. No deposits will be returned after July 1.

Refunds: 
Deposit refundable (less $100.00) until July 1. Cancellations after July 1 will will not be refunded.  Special considerations for refund submitted in writing will be considered during the month of September following camp.

Lost Articles:
The camp is not responsible for any lost articles. Do not bring any valuables to camp. Money should be deposited into tuck account which will be returned at the end of the week should there be any remaining.  Valuables can be checked into the office for safe keeping..
